A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON WINDSOR

OAKVILLE, Ontario, August 19, 2008 – Today, Perspective Marketing Inc. announced the release of Perspective™ Windsor 2008. The publication promotes Windsor as an ideal investment destination, and was distributed throughout the Greater Toronto Area and the Windsor-Essex Region in subscriptions of the Globe and Mail, and to select households in Windsor via Canada Post.

Introduced with messages from Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis and Windsor-Essex County Warden Nelson Santos, Perspective™ Windsor 2008 gives readers an in-depth look at new initiatives and developments undertaken by stakeholders in the Windsor-Essex community.

Inside the publication, readers can learn about Windsor's exciting new casino expansion. After an investment of $439 million from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Caesars Windsor opened on June 19th. The facility will help enhance the city's reputation as a tourist destination, attracting visitors from Ontario, Michigan and around the world.

"Windsor continues to diversify and expand its economic endeavors," says Glenn Marshall, Managing Partner at Perspective Marketing. "By further developing its longstanding successful industries, the City of Windsor is opening its doors to more innovative ideas and outside investors."

In September 2008, the University of Windsor (UW) will be welcoming its first round of medical students at its new $20-million medical building. The UW Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry will encourage students to stay in Windsor to practice medicine as part of the school's physician recruitment program.

"A medical school is an innovative way to bring new talent to Windsor," says Marshall. "The construction of this facility along with the new Centre for Engineering Innovation will further strengthen Windsor's educational base, making it a place of significant opportunity for trained professionals."

The publication also informs readers of the many cultural and recreational activities available to Windsor residents and visitors. The Art Gallery of Windsor has a strong permanent collection, but also presents many different exhibitions throughout the year. The city also holds multiple festivals and events, which encourage community participation and unity.
