PERSPECTIVE AND MARZ TAKE HOME BEST FEATURE ADVERTORIAL AT HHHBA AWARDS

OAKVILLE, Ontario, Monday, April 20, 2009 - Today, Perspective Marketing Inc. announced that at the annual Hamilton Halton Home Builders' Association Awards of Distinction night held on Friday, April 17, 2009, its client, Hamilton, Ontario-based builder Marz Homes, took home the award for Best Feature Advertorial.

The award was in recognition of Perspective's work with Marz, and was judged based on success of marketing and design

Perspective has worked with Marz Homes for more than five years. In addition to developing creative for Marz, the company works to maximize the reach of Marz's marketing materials by producing cost-efficient projects that reach a wide audience, are strategic in nature, and have visuals that appeal to potential Marz customers.

Perspective Marketing has helped Marz to self-publish over the past few years, and the feature advertorial has become an integral component to Marz Homes' overall marketing strategy each year.

This year, Perspective designed the advertorial using two different cover designs and targeted distribution according to each cover. One cover features Marz's two Ancaster communities, Southcote Woodlands and Westbrooke Valley; and the other cover showcases its two communities in Stoney Creek, Windemere and Waterview Village. Distribution for each cover will be based on specific areas of interest: Ancaster, Dundas and Hamilton Mountain for the Ancaster cover, and Stoney Creek and Niagara region for the Stoney Creek cover.

Perspective also included the Marz "QR code" on the cover which was originally introduced in an out-of-home and print advertising campaign launched in November 2008. The QR code allows for potential clients to take a picture of the barcode with their mobile phone, which will immediately take the phone to Marz's mobile website. Perspective was able to keep the job cost-efficient to expand Marz's marketing efforts by essentially doing two separate publications during one print run.
