CONSERVATION HALTON RETAINS
PERSPECTIVE MARKETING

OAKVILLE, Ontario (May 12, 2004) - Conservation Halton hired Perspective Marketing to publish its 2004 spring and summer consumer guide, which was distributed today to homes in select areas of Halton and Peel regions.

Focus on Conservation is produced in a newspaper format and features 16 pages of editorial and photos. Readers will find a map to Conservation Halton areas, details on park activities, local environmental news and much more. The guide is designed to generate interest and increased visitation to Conservation Halton areas.

“Conservation Halton is pleased to work with Perspective Marketing for the production of its tabloid newspaper, Focus, in 2004,” says Gary Hutton, Marketing Manager, Conservation Halton. “This partnership will enable us to better promote environmental protection by reaching more residents of the watershed.”

Conservation Halton is a community based environmental agency that protects local ecosystems in partnership with its watershed municipalities. As an agency established under the Conservation Authorities Act of Ontario, Conservation Halton forms a partnership with the Province of Ontario and the Regional Municipalities of Halton, Peel and Hamilton-Wentworth, and Puslinch Township.

"Perspective Marketing already has experience working with the Hamilton Conservation Authority and the Bruce Trail Association, so producing a section for Conservation Halton further expands the diversity of our conservation publication portfolio,” says Glenn Marshall, managing partner, Perspective Marketing, which also has experience working with organizations spanning economic development, business and education.

Perspective Marketing is a full-service advertising agency and publishing house that co-ordinates editorial, photography, creative layout and design, and generates a creative cost-recovery strategy for various publications. The company also provides full creative services including logo design, print and broadcast creative, and multimedia services.
