CANADIAN COLLEGE GUIDE ON SHELVES TODAY

OAKVILLE, Ontario (October 23, 2004) – Perspective Marketing has released the first Canadian college guide of its kind. Canadian College Guide 2005 appeared on shelves in Chapters, Indigo, Smith Books and Coles, bookstores across the country today. The magazine was also sent to guidance counselors in every Canadian high school.

Incoming classes at post-secondary institutions across the country are growing at an unprecedented rate and Canada's colleges are stepping up their offerings to meet the increasing demand for superior education. This is why Perspective Marketing, a leader in specialty publishing in Canada, unveiled Canada's first annual guide to Canadian colleges. The Guide is not a ranking, but rather a means that feeds the demand for information on Canada's extensive selection of colleges.

“This comprehensive report has been created for students and their parents who need to determine where to invest their education funds and prepare for their future,” says Steve Montague, managing partner at Perspective Marketing. "Colleges have taken on a new role since their inception in the 1960s, becoming sophisticated and comprehensive centres of education offering both degree and post-diploma programs."

The Canadian College Guide 2005 reviews college programs in all 13 provinces and territories. With input from each provincial body governing colleges, the content of the magazine provides a national overview showcasing the uniqueness, not only of college programs, but also the quality of life available to students choosing a school outside their province.
