BUILDS ON HAMILTON’S STRATEGY
OAKVILLE, Ontario (November 9, 2004) – Perspective Marketing
has collaborated with the City of Hamilton’s Economic Development
Department on the agency’s fourth annual profile on the city.
Invest in Hamilton 2005 is a professional, 32-page publication that
highlights the city’s economic engines found in the Department’s
extensive 2003 Economic Development Strategy Report.
The sectors include Biotechnology, Advanced Manufacturing, Agriculture,
Film, Tourism, Port, Airport, as well as Downtown Revitalization.
Since the City targeted the key areas in 2001 as part of its economic
development strategy, a frenzy of activity has taken place that
shows no signs of slowing down.
“I think it’s the best supplement we’ve ever
produced,” says Neil Everson, executive director with the
City’s Economic Development Department. “It’s
extremely well laid out and presents a strong message. It surpasses
our expectations.” Everson expects the supplement to be used
by not only the City, but also its community partners such as the
colleges, universities and health sciences sector.

Ontario’s most innovative and forward-thinking cities,”

Perspective Marketing put a creative twist on the economic development
strategy, turning out an informative report with true impact. Perspective
Marketing’s design department came up with a series of logos
to accompany each sector profile.
